Shipping policy

General Information

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and another notification once your order has been dispatched - this will contain a tracking link to follow. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable shipping rate to resend if it is returned to the sender.

 

 

Shipping rates & handling times

Will be calculated at checkout.

 

Prints normal rates unless written otherwise on the product page:

  • USA - free shipping

  • Canada & Mexico - $10

  • Europe - $25

  • Rest of the World - $40

 

*Prints are made to order and may take 1-2 weeks to ship.

 

Original Artwork normal rates unless written otherwise on the product page:

  • USA, Canada & Mexico - free shipping

  • Rest of the World - will be calculated at checkout depending on the artwork size and price

 

*Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your artwork to be packaged and ready to ship.

 

 

Important Information for International Customers

Please note your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are also beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
